living plus a large terrace with
a wonderful view. The ground floor can be used
as a gallery.
First floor has one bedroom with wc and the
large kitchen.
Second floor has one bedroom with wc,
and a suite with wc, shower and pantry.

INFORMATION
The house is rented according to the principle do your own housekeeping, that is you bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from us. You clean your own rooms and kitchen on leaving. You can also order cleaning from us.

The entire house can be rented by the week. Or you can rent 1 or two rooms including use of community rooms by the night.
Check out time is 12 noon unless you make a prior agreement.
If you wish to rent for a longer period and/or rent the gallery/studio for your own exhibition we will send a written offer.

Rental per week is 130 euros/person Childern under 15 years 80
euros/person
Children under 4 years free.
Rental of entire house
(no other guests)
520 euros per week (max 6 persons)
Rental of sheets/towles 10 euros/set.
Price for checkout cleaning 20 euros/room
which includes common areas.
Reservations: 25% of the total rental cost to be paid
1 month in advance, which guarantees the chosen rental period.
Cancellation no later
than 14 days before start of lease for return
of advance payment (minus 5% administative costs).
